ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for consideration to the above-stated vacancy that has arisen within the Finance Department. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Manager Finance.

RESPONSIBILITIES (KRAs)

  1. Asset Register Maintenance
  2. Asset reconciliation
  3. Managing and marketing properties
  4. Screening and managing tenants
  5. Determination of rental prices
  6. Rent collection and reconciliation
  7. Managing property lease agreements in consultation with the Legal Department
  8. Properties maintenance and repairs
  9. Maintaining the properties register
  10. Dealing with internal and external auditors
  11. Any other duties as may be delegated by the Manager Finance


PERSON SPECIFICATION

  1. Must have a Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  2. At least 3 years’ experience in the accounting field
  3. Previous experience in asset management is a distinct advantage
  4. Must be a results-focused person of integrity with excellent interpersonal communication skills
  5. Good knowledge of the Landlord-Tenant laws is requisite
  6. Police clearance is a MUST


SALARY will be in grade D1 within the salary scale
