CASHIER

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for consideration to the above-stated vacancy that has risen within the Treasury Department of the Finance and Support Services Division. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Manager Finance.
RESPONSIBILITIES (KRAs)
- Cash Management
- Processing of both foreign and local cash payments
- Capturing Sales Office and Cash Office summaries
- Receipt, disbursement, and capturing of fuel coupons schedules
- Production of weekly, monthly, and budget cash flow statements
- Monitoring the banking system, updating bank mandates, and being the Airline’s bank Agent
- Preparing of Investments Schedules
- Dealing with internal and external auditors
- Any other duties as may be delegated by Manager Finance
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Must have a Degree in Banking and Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience in the accounting field
- Previous experience as a Cashier is an added advantage
- Must be a results-focused person of integrity with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Police clearance is a MUST
SALARY will be in grade D1 within the salary scale
